In 2005, Lady Kym founded Faith and Favor Ministries. Faith and Favor is a ministry that is willing to offer support, encouragement, empowerment and education to all. Her willing spirit is often called upon to offer advice or support to other audiences and growing ministries. In addition to her role as the Faith and Favor ministry founder Lady Kym is a women’s ministry facilitator, workshop presenter, and encouragement speaker and prayer leader. Her foundational scripture is Philippians 1:6 “ Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ”

Dr. Crawford recognizes that we all need someone to help us grow. For over 20 years Kimberly has dedicated her time, love, talent and resources to helping others. Her career began as a teacher in the New York City Department of Education. Over the years her compassion for children and youth has enabled her to lead various groups for the betterment of young men, women and children. Anyone that meets her is reminded that her passion is to help children.

Currently, she is a Principal in the White Plains City School District. In addition to her work commitment she is committed as a lifelong learner. In 2018 she completed her doctoral studies at St. John Fisher College and received her Doctorate in Executive Leadership.

Since her life is devoted to service and helping others, she is known to many as a visionary, Kimberly is a member of the Westchester Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is committed to serve. When asked what’s next Kimberly quickly reminds all who she encounters there is much work to do.
